CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT IF IT’S NOT THE RIGHT SIZE?

Yes, absolutely! If the size isn’t right, you can exchange your product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 7 business days for most areas within the country.

It may vary depending on the postal code of the delivery address and the chosen shipping method.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We provide 10 different payment options that are valid and accepted all around the world.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email titled 'Your order is on its way,' containing your tracking link. You can also log in to your Julie Amélie account to track your order!

WHAT TO DO IF MY TRACKING HASN’T BEEN UPDATED?

Don’t worry! Tracking numbers are usually updated by carriers every 24 to 48 hours, but occasional delays can occur during the shipping process.

First, check your tracking information to see if your order has been held by the carrier due to issues such as an incorrect address or customs fees.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it by clicking the 'Cancel Order' button in your Julie Amélie account or in your order confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once this time has passed.

After 15 minutes, your order can no longer be canceled as it will soon be processed and packed in our warehouse. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address with the carrier once an order has been placed. However, you may be able to update the address by contacting the carrier directly.

To do this, wait until you receive your tracking email from the carrier, as it will include your tracking number which you can provide to the carrier in hopes of having the address updated. Please note that this is not guaranteed, and services may vary depending on the carrier.

IF YOU ENTER AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF THE ORDER AND ARE THEREFORE NOT OBLIGED TO REFUND OR REPLACE IT.
